At Wakesports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our team is here to ensure you get back on the water with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original product packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
